The
Postfuture Technology Platform can quickly extend your customer
care or CRM process into a fully automated messaging application.
Automated "trigger" messages, message sequencing and automated
data feeds can be combined into a powerful communications
architecture designed to maximize your customer relationships.
:: Trigger Messaging
Welcome and confirmation ("double opt-in") emails
are often sent automatically in response to transactions,
such as registration or completion of an order. These "trigger"
messages can occur instantly and triggered either from a transaction
hosted by Postfuture or from any type of external server application.
Trigger messages can also be set to deploy upon receipt of
daily or weekly batch files, one for each individual in a
received customer file. Postfuture offers a wide variety of
trigger solutions, including triggers embedded within an external
website to automatically deploy brochures, greeting cards
or simply to track views and click-throughs across pages on
your website.
:: Message Sequencing
Postfuture can design and implement an automated system to
deploy messages to your customers based on any sequence of
business rules and events over time. We first consult with
you to develop a message flow diagram containing rules and
inputs, then implement the system utilizing interfaces to
our messaging engine. Rules can be based on customer information,
such as birthday, weight or interests, or state information
within a registration or sales process. For instance, customer
reminders or offers could be triggered 7 days after a purchase,
then scheduled to trigger again at 14 days and 21 days to
generate follow-on sales.
:: Automated Data Feeds
Information is at the heart of everything we do. Making your
customer data actionable often requires continuous data feeds
to Postfuture and back to you. These feeds can be in real-time
or batched. Batches may occur daily, weekly or at other specified
times and can be coupled with automated rules to deploy broadcasts.
Received data can be applied in any way to your existing Postfuture
database and maintained within any segmentation criteria you
require. We accept or generate all industry standard data
formats, such as comma/ tab delimited or XML, and work with
your technical staff to define record layouts and validate
proper operation. |
