This includes ISP white listing, trusted sender status with
leading spam filter services, complaint resolution, SPF, Caller
ID and Domain Key support. As an AOL partner, Postfuture automatically
unsubscribes all spam complaints on a daily basis. Postfuture
delivery assurance staff regularly contacts and reviews delivery
status with all major ISPs to stay current with policy changes.
As a part of our standard service, we monitor message delivery and immediately contact and resolve any delivery problems that may occur.

The Ironport / TRUSTe Bonded Sender Program
Postfuture is a certified Bonded Sender Reseller, the leading
sender certification and accreditation service for email authentication.
This program requires the placement of a cash bond with Ironport
Bonded Sender and certification by TRUSTe against sending
IP address (hosted by Postfuture) in order to ensure delivery
through over 28,000 participating ISPs, including MSN / Hotmail,
totalling an estimated 30% of all email addresses. Within this program, if complaints against the sending IP exceed a specific threshold, an amount is debited against the cash bond. Postfuture highly recommends participation in Bonded Sender and will work with you to review and recommend the best practices necessary to avoid customer complaints while improving retention and response. Postfuture can handle the entire certification and bonding process on behalf of your organization to make it a snap to join.
