E-mail Marketing Buyer's Guide, 2006, researched and published last month by JupiterResearch, provides an evaluation of 28 vendors, examining their overall value, suitability and breadth on the distinct needs of service-oriented, small- and mid-sized businesses, and large enterprises. Harte-Hanks Postfuture was cited as a "highly valuable and suitable leader" among "large-enterprise-oriented e-mail service providers." The JupiterResearch report ranked "usabilty of the application" as the most important feature when selecting an e-mail application. Further, the report cited the automated A/B testing capability of Harte-Hanks Postfuture, Enterprise Edition Version 5.0. "Its approach to testing is somewhat unique: It has the ability to automatically send the winning version of an A/B test mailing after certain performance metrics are achieved," the report stated.
